If you have your Bibles with you today, please turn to Hebrews 11 chapter, in the first verse, which reads Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Faith has always played a significant role in the lives of believers, regardless of their religious affiliations. In Christianity, faith is considered a fundamental aspect of salvation, with the belief that it is through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved. In this podcast, I aim to explore the concept of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, highlighting its importance and providing examples to support this notion. Salvation is a central theme in Christianity and it is believed that faith in Jesus Christ is the key to obtaining this salvation. This concept emphasizes the significance of truth and belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the Savior of humanity. Through faith, believers are to establish a personal relationship with Christ which leads to salvation and eternal life.

The Bible repeatedly emphasizes the importance of faith in obtaining salvation. In Ephesians, the second chapter, eighth and ninth verse, it is stated for it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and that this is not from yourself. It is the gift of God, not by works that no one can boast. This verse highlights that salvation is not achieved through our own efforts or good deeds, but rather through faith in God's grace. It is through faith that we acknowledge our need of a Savior and accept Jesus as that Savior. For example, the thief on the cross in Luke, chapter 23, verses 39 through 43, illustrates the power of faith in Christ. Despite his simple past, the thief recognized Jesus' divinity and asked him to remember him when he came into his kingdom. Jesus responded truly. I say unto you today, you will be with me in paradise. This demonstrates that even in the final moments of life, faith in Christ can lead to salvation.

Faith in Christ is not not only brings salvation, but also transforms the lives of believers. Through faith, individuals experience a spiritual rebirth and are empowered to live a life aligned with God's will. In Romans 12, verse 2, it is written be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. This transformation occurs as believers surrender their lives to Christ and allow him to guide their thoughts, actions and decisions. For instance, the apostle Paul's conversion on the road to Damascus in Acts, chapter 9, verses 1 through 19, exemplifies the transformative power of faith. Paul, previously known as Saul, was a persecutor of Christians. However, after encountering Jesus and experienced a radical transformation. He became one of the most influential figures in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. This demonstrates how faith in Christ can completely change a person's life and redirect their purpose.

I would like to say in conclusion faith in Christ Jesus is the cornerstone of salvation. It is through faith that believers acknowledge their need of a savior and accept as their savior. This faith not only leads to salvation, but also transforms the lives of individuals, enabling them to live in accordance with God's will. The examples of the thief on the cross and apostle Paul highlight the power of faith and bring in about salvation and life altering transformations. Therefore, it is by faith we are safe. Through faith in Christ Jesus, let us pray. They're heavenly fathers. We come before you this day. I ask of you that every listener under the sound of my voice right now, father, who is seeking a life altering experience, has faith in who you are as being the savior of humanity. I ask of those that do not know you as their personal savior that you visit them in their time of need, in their time of loneliness, in their time of want. I pray by faith that this will be done in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
